چکیده
• Thermophysical and surface properties of eight different lubricants were measured. The behaviour polyalphaolefins ester-based compared. Heat capacity values used to test the validity two predictive methods. are important understand which ones appropriated for industrial conditions expected. families analysed: (PAO6, PAO20, PAO32 PAO40) four lubricants. Specific heat capacity, density, tension, contact angle experimentally determined over a broad temperature range through methods such as ?DSC, U-tube vibration, drop volume, sessile method, respectively. A clear difference between was observed due their structure composition, grouping by nature. Ester-based showed lower specific but higher tension density than polyalphaolefins. PAO6 clearly has lowest presents highest all lubricants, together with trimethylolpropane trioleate, TMPTO, best wettability.
